Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number. Please note, that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded.
Please note, we cannot estimate any taxes or custom duties that may be applied at time of delivery.
For Europe customers, your purchase outside of Europe may be subjected to customs/VAT charges. Please check with your local custom office or post office to find out more information before your purchase. We are not responsible for any fees or disposal of packages by the international custom office.
Because our products are customized to customers preferences, all sales are final and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange, so please order your items carefully!
If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will inform you on our mailing address to return your damaged item. Please make sure the item comes with its original packaging material. FRUX HANDMADE will only send out a replacement after we have received the damaged item.
